Privacy notice
What happens to the data you send through this website.
Who processes the data
Alessandro Pennella, Corso Umberto I, 32, 26900 Lodi (LO), Italy. For any question about your data: apglobaltattoo@icloud.com.
The appointment request
When you send the request form we only receive what you wrote: name, email, phone, city, the description of your project, the size, an indicative budget and your preferred time. We use it to review the project and reply to you; the legal basis is your consent and steps taken before a possible agreement. We do not use it for newsletters or advertising, and we do not pass it on to anyone.
The informed consent
The informed consent form, signed before the tattoo, follows the model of the Lombardy Region (decree XI/5796, Annex 6). It collects your personal details, contact details, the reference numbers of an identity document, the placement of the tattoo and your signature; for people aged 16 or 17, the same details for the parent or legal guardian. It exists to meet a legal obligation. It does not ask for photographs of your document and collects no health data: the risks are explained on the site, and Alessandro asks what matters about you in person. Signed consents stay in the site’s own archive, in a folder that cannot be reached from the web, together with the PDF receipt. A copy of the receipt is emailed to Alessandro only when sending is switched on: while it is not, the consent stays in the site’s archive only and is not sent anywhere.
Where your request goes
The request form is handled by the website itself, not by an external form service: your request is stored on the domain’s own web space, in a folder that cannot be reached from the web, and a copy is emailed to Alessandro. Two providers still handle it on our behalf: OVH (OVH SAS), which hosts the site, and Apple (iCloud), where Alessandro’s mailbox is. Nothing else: there are no marketing platforms, third-party forms or analytics tools.
How long we keep it
Appointment requests are kept for as long as they are needed to handle the project, and in any case no longer than 24 months. Signed informed consents are kept for ten years as evidence that a legal obligation was met; after that they are deleted together with the signature and the receipt. The site does the deleting, but not at a fixed time: it runs when a request comes in, so during a period when nobody writes to the site it may happen later than the deadline. That is why it is also checked and run by hand at regular intervals, and on request. You can ask at any time to see or correct your data, and to withdraw the optional consents — photographs of the work, messages from the studio — which can be withdrawn immediately and with no consequences. You can also ask for the informed consent to be deleted before that term: the answer depends on how long the document is still needed as evidence, and you will be given the reason either way. You always have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses no profiling cookies, no advertising pixels and collects no visit statistics: that is why there is no cookie banner. If any are added in the future, it will be stated here and your consent will be asked before they are switched on.
External links and services
The site links to Instagram, Google Maps and WhatsApp: if you open them, those services handle your data under their own privacy policies. As long as you stay on these pages there is no other external service: even the typefaces are served from this website.
